Weight loss and healthy lifestyle are two relative conceptions. However we have to note there is a definite appropriate priority between them. I.e. healthy lifestyle is the reason of weight loss and not vice versa. Moreover there were a lot of attempts to loss weight that resulted in failure.
But… let’s consider it step by step.
Weight loss and food
There is no secret that healthy food is good for all. It is one of the factors contributing to weight loss and feel fit. However healthy food may be and, probably, should be individual.
Scientists have defied healthy and unhealthy food a long time ago. It is known that chips, chocolates, soda waters and fast-food are unhealthy products. But, as we have already mentioned it is always very individual. It can be that we keep a diet and eat only healthy and vitaminized food but still feel ourselves bad. Or vice versa, reasonable use of such product as spirits can have a wholesome impact on us.
Nutritionists give us advises to avoid mealy and rich food. Well it is true. But we need to be temperate. Let’s consider following situations. Fat helps our organisms to accumulate energy, but the unused surpluses of energy turn into lipopexia. Or another situation, keeping a diet and eating only vegetable salads filled with seed-oil we can acquire more unnecessary calories then to loose them in case we are not mobile enough. So, probably the sole and correct way out will be to escape of those calories and eat only when we feel hunger. In other words, in case your lifestyle is rather fixed sports are really essential for you. “Work off” every unnecessary gram of food in fitness club or when doing your morning exercises, be temperate in food you eat and overweight will not be the problem of yours.
As a whole we need to defy several most useful tips of healthy meal: drink before meal and don’t drink anything for 1-2 hours after it, chew your food well (it’ll contribute to digestion), start you meal only in good mood, don’t eat too hot or too cold meal (be temperate in everything), and finally, eat only when you feel hungry.
Weight loss and healthy lifestyle
However healthy food is not the sole thing that helps us feel fit. Sport exercises, good mood, avoiding bad habits and, strange but true, fruitful labor activity in other words healthy lifestyle is the second important factor of our slenderness.
It is not just a sound. British scientists have proved the positive impact of healthy lifestyle upon human organism and its mood. During the studies the group of women was offered to do sports and eat healthy food instead of keeping diets. As a result, scientists revealed better health and psychological state. After the study finished women has lost their weight a bit and felt themselves better and more confident. Basically they were recommended to be temperate in food; study participants were allowed to eat anything they wanted but not too much.
So, we can probably state that the sport and temperance is the main deposit to healthy lifestyle. People have invented morning exercises not in vain; it heartens us for the whole day long, don’t neglect such opportunity.
Moreover, there are many others factors relative to healthy lifestyle.
Sleep well. You don’t need to sleep as long as you want; you have to sleep as long as you need. In case you lead a regular life your organism will get used to such “schedule” and finally your inner alarm clock will wake you as soon as your body will rest enough.
Good mood. Try to think only about good things and don’t give your failures a chance to capture your thoughts. Be easy-tempered and don’t forget about love that is probably, one of the best ways to keep in a good mood and prevent your body from ageing.
Healthy food and productive labor activity, as we have already mentioned above. Eat only when you feel hungry. Try to get interesting job that will satisfy you instead of making you nervous.
Moreover there are such factors contributing to good mood and healthy lifestyle as: having your personal point of view that will make you more confident; strange but true, sleep in cool room; train your brains as well as body – try different games etc that require your brain activity. Besides, don’t constrain yourself in everything, sometimes it is useful to relax a bit; and finally, don’t keep anger inside yourself, well we don’t appeal you to become quarreling person, just try to have your own way and tell share your feelings with somebody.
Let’s make conclusion now. If you don’t do it nobody will do it for you. So, don’t wait in vain for a miracle to happen. It is up to us. We are able to reach any aim. Don’t forget about sport, or regular life, eat only healthy meal and don’t let your failures to overcome you, be optimistic and try to keep temperance in everything and then you’ll get good mood, robust health and slim body.
